Sadly we have to announce the passing of Frank Croxford.

Frank had been suffering with a lung condition which he knew was terminal and would take him early. He passed away on Thursday 11 July 2024.

Frank made his Sidcup first team debut in the 1980/81 season and in total made 176 appearances. He scored 11 tries, 3 penalties and 5 conversions, 63 points in total. He was captain of the side the won the league and Kent Cup double in 1990/91 and his last first team game was in the 1996/97 season. Frank is pictured above holding aloft the Kent Cup.

Frank's funeral will be on 9 August 2024 at 2.30pm at Peterborough Crematorium, Mowbray Rd, Peterborough PE6 7JE. The wake will be held at The Bluebell Inn, 10 Woodgate, Helpston, Peterborough PE6 7ED.
