Son of Sidcup Legend Phil West, Jon made his debut for Sidcup first team whilst he was still in his teens. After a few years away from the club, John returned in the 14/15 season as 1XV captain and has gone on to be an integral member of the side ever since both on and off the pitch. Jon had fantastic success in our latest season, captaining the side to London 1 victory, missing only 1 game in the process.Squad
